Return Policy

At Soobi, your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely happy with your anti-aging Soobi Sleep Top, please see our return policy below.

We offer complimentary returns for eligible U.S. orders (see below guidelines). As a small business, we kindly ask that you review our size chart carefully before ordering.

Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery. Once a return is authorized, packages must be dropped off and scanned by the carrier within 7 days of receiving the return label. Returns shipped after this period are not eligible for a refund.

Items must be unused, in new condition, and in their original packaging. Damaged, worn, used, or otherwise unsellable items are not eligible for a refund and may be returned to the customer at the customer's expense.

To start a return, email us at contact@sleepsoobi.com with your order number and reason for return. Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method.
